MARIA FAARINEN

Art historian, curator, writer and a working mother. She graduated from University of Jyväskylä 2007 and since then she has worked in The Finnish Museum of Photography: first in the collections department, now as an exhibition curator.

The Finnish Museum of Photography promotes and fosters photographic art and culture in Finland through exhibitions, collection management, research, education, and a wide range of public and community programmes.
